and Legal matters of the company.
Mr. A.V. Atre is an Engineer having Diploma in Marketing Management
from J. Bajaj Institute and has over 35 years of experience in various
management functions. He is General Manager - Operations. He is also
designated as 'Occupier' under the Factories Act, 1948. He also controls
the Engineering / Ship Repair Division.
